Rights that stay protected

Nothing on this website excludes or limits a liability or a customer remedy where Sri Lankan law, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003, does not allow it. Your legal rights take priority over any website term.

Using screens and accessories

Follow the fitting and care instructions supplied. Check sizes, compatibility and the surface you are fixing to before you install. Insect mesh is not a security screen, a child safety barrier, a fall guard or a guaranteed way of keeping a pet in. Do not touch the charged grid of an electric swatter.

Loss and responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, unsuitable installation or not following the instructions. This does not remove any responsibility the law places on us for faulty or wrongly described goods.
