Shipping & Delivery

Delivery across Sri Lanka

Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Standard delivery is free when your goods total after discounts is රු10,000 or more. Below that, delivery costs රු4,000. Express delivery costs රු4,000 on every order, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery. You choose your delivery option in the cart before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing after your payment clears, then an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Use our tracking page, or email theteam@flyscreens.lk with your order reference if you need help.

Delays, lost parcels and damage

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will tell you and let you choose a new shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund of the goods not shipped. Contact us if a parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, and we will put it right.

Your address

Check your delivery address before you pay, and contact us straight away if it needs correcting. If you need delivery outside Sri Lanka, ask us to confirm the destination and cost before you order.
