Simple Screens Sri Lanka is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. These terms apply to purchases from flyscreens.lk.

Seller, buyer and goods

The seller is the company that runs this website. The buyer is the person or organisation placing the order. Goods means the products ordered.

Payment

Prices and delivery charges are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) before you pay. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Stripe at checkout, and is due when you place your order. An order is placed once payment succeeds; a declined payment does not create an order.

Delivery

Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is රු10,000 or more; below that it is රු4,000. Express delivery is රු4,000. Allow 24 to 48 hours for processing, then an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. Our Shipping Policy covers delays, tracking and delivery outside Sri Lanka.

Contact us if goods are lost or damaged in transit. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we refund the goods and the delivery charge you paid.

Returns and refunds

You can ask for a voluntary return within 15 days of the date of purchase, for goods in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Email theteam@flyscreens.lk before returning anything. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains the රු7,000 handling deduction on a voluntary return, return postage, faulty goods and refund timing. These voluntary conditions do not limit any remedy required by law.

Cancellation

Contact us within 12 hours of payment to change or cancel an order. Once packing or shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible. The 12.5% voluntary cancellation fee in our returns policy does not apply when the law requires a full refund, including when we cannot ship as promised.

Complaints

Email theteam@flyscreens.lk with your order reference and the problem. We look at every complaint and contact you about how we will resolve it.

Safety and legal rights

Follow the fitting, care and safety instructions for each product. Insect screens are not fall guards, security barriers or a guaranteed way to keep a pet in. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or right that Sri Lankan law, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003, does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how order and contact information is handled. We may update these terms for future orders; an update does not remove rights relating to an order you have already placed. Placing an order means you accept the terms shown at that time.
