Refunds & Returns
Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
Contact us first
Email theteam@flyscreens.lk with your order reference, the product and the reason for the return. We send you the return instructions and the right warehouse address. Please do not post goods to any address without instructions from us.
Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible, and within 12 hours of payment, if you need to cancel or change an order. Once packing and shipping have started, an order can no longer be cancelled. Our policy applies a 12.5% service and processing fee to a voluntary cancellation. That fee does not apply where the law requires a full refund, including when we cannot ship as promised.
Voluntary returns
You can ask to return a product within 15 days of the original purchase. It must be unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase from this website. Please contact us before you cut, alter or return a screen.
For a change of mind, a wrong selection, an item that does not fit or an item you no longer need, our policy deducts a non-refundable රු7,000 per order to cover packing and handling, and you pay the postage back to the warehouse the parcel came from. We tell you the return cost and address before you send anything. These conditions do not restrict any remedy the law requires.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods
Tell us straight away if goods arrive damaged, have missing parts, are not what you ordered, or do not arrive. Send photos where you can. We will look at the problem and put it right. The voluntary return deduction and postage never apply to a faulty or incorrectly supplied order.
Refunds
We aim to process a refund within 24 to 48 hours after the returned item arrives and is checked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or to store credit if you ask for that. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the money.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under Sri Lankan law, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003. Where the law requires a remedy, it takes priority over any term here.
