Simple Screens Sri Lanka is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. This policy applies to flyscreens.lk. Our Sri Lanka address is 123A Sununda Road, Mirissa Beach, Matara District 81740, Sri Lanka. Our corporate address is Suite 9, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand.

Information we collect

When you order or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and our messages with you. The website also collects technical information and, only if you allow it in the cookie settings, analytics information.

Why we use it

We use your information to take payment, process and deliver your order, answer your questions, provide support, keep accounting records, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs: our payment provider, website hosting and order-storage providers, email services, fulfilment partners and couriers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. We do not sell, trade or rent customer details. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Processing outside Sri Lanka

Our company and some of our service providers operate outside Sri Lanka, so your information may be processed in other countries, including where our company and fulfilment services operate.

Security and how long we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse and loss, although no system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep client and accounting records for at least seven years; other information is removed or de-identified when we no longer need it.

Your rights

Email theteam@flyscreens.lk to ask for access to your information, to have it corrected or deleted, or to withdraw a consent you gave. We may need to confirm your identity. We handle requests under Sri Lankan law, including the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and will explain any lawful reason we cannot do what you ask.
