Important delivery and ordering information to know when you order from Simple Screens.
Order processing times
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.

You can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at theteam@flyscreens.lk. Most emails are answered within one business day.
Delivery times
Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after processing. Standard delivery is free on orders of රු10,000 or more and රු4,000 below that, and express delivery is available at checkout for රු4,000, even on an order that already qualifies for free delivery. For the detail, see our Shipping page.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns about your order, email our support team at theteam@flyscreens.lk and they will be glad to help. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are an online supplier with no physical shop or showroom. That keeps our costs down and our prices lower.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. We email a receipt as soon as your payment goes through, and a second email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit or debit card through our secure Stripe checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR).
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
We deliver across Sri Lanka. Standard delivery is free on orders of රු10,000 or more, otherwise it is රු4,000. Express delivery is always රු4,000. Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling, then 5 to 7 days for delivery.
